We hope that everyone is staying safe and well during these unprecedented times we are facing as a globe. The Miracle Maids is committed to doing our part in controlling the spread of germs. As of March 25th, 2020 under State Gov. Jay Inslee's new "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order, we are still considered essential to the sanitation of residents and businesses. We will be rescheduling all NON-ESSENTIAL jobs and strictly providing services to those that need us. Our office staff is now working from home and we have cancelled our weekly group meetings!
We have new protocols we are following under guidelines that have been set forth:
We are testing each staff member prior to the start of their shift for ANY type of symptoms and they will be sent HOME IMMEDIATELY if they have a fever, cough, sore throat, or are not feeling well. We will be wearing masks inside every facility to protect ourselves, you, and your family, just in case anyone may be asymptomatic. We are using new disposable gloves in every facility and using shoes covers vs. wearing just socks inside. We have increased additional sanitation in every home/facility for high touch areas(doors, door knobs, light switches, desks, counters, etc.) We are disinfecting our equipment and cleaning kit upon the completion of each job.
But, we need your help too.... in order for us to comply with social distancing, unfortunately we will not be able to clean your home if you are unable to remain in a different room as our cleaners. You may be present in your home at the time of arrival, but we are asking you to stay in a different room. You may instruct them to clean a specific room or area first so you can 'hide' there while we finish the remainder of your home. We will also request, if you pay by cash or check to leave them on the counter for us to limit any hand to hand contact. We appreciate your help on this!!
As these uncertain times unfold day by day; I am confident that we will get through this and come out stronger on the other side! If you would like any tips on how to keep your home clean in the meantime, I'll be happy to help with that! Or check our Blog for tips! http://diaryofahousecleaningbossmom.com/
If you have any questions or concerns, I'd be happy to help to the best of my knowledge! As always the health and safety of our team, clients, and all of our families is our highest priority!! Wishing good health for all! We will be updating as necessary!!
