BATHROOMS: Ceiling and ceiling fan dusted/cobwebs removed, light fixtures dusted, mirror washed, sink and counter washed and shined, toilet scrubbed inside and out, shower/tub washed, glass cleaned, doors wiped, baseboards dusted/wiped, trash removed, floors vacuumed/swept and mopped.
KITCHEN: all counters washed and shined, stove top cleaned and grates washed, inside and outside of microwave & toaster, outside of all other appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator), sink washed, outside of cabinets wiped, all stainless steel polished, baseboards dusted/wiped, trash removed, floors vacuumed and mopped.
BEDROOMS, LIVING ROOMS, DINING ROOM, & ALL OTHER COMMON AREAS: Ceiling/ceiling fan/light fixtures dusted and cobwebs removed, all surfaces (end tables, side tables, coffee table, bookshelves, desks, etc.) dusted and wiped/finger prints removed, beds made, tidy up clutter (magazines, clothes, etc), windows spot cleaned to remove fingerprints/nose prints, baseboards dusted/wiped, trash removed, floor vacuumed/mopped.
Inside oven, inside refrigerator, interior windows and window sills, blinds, bed sheets changed, couched vacuumed, garage swept.

Move out/vacant home cleaning includes all of the general scope of work(as applicable) and also includes inside of oven, lower drawer and underneath drawer, inside refrigerator and underneath/behind, inside of all cabinets (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, office), inside windows and window sills, blinds, and walls spot cleaned.
Our scope of work is just a general guideline of items typically done during our services. Our duties and tasks are ultimately determined by your needs, requests, any time constraints, and other factors.
No need to worry about any of it! We supply all of our own supplies and equipment! We use mostly biodegradable and non-toxic chemicals (with the exception of our powerful degreaser and bleach!) We also use a two vacuum system; one for carpets and one for hard service floors. If you have anything specific you would like used, we are more than happy to use what you provide!
Using steam while cleaning carpets is the most effective way to melt dirt and grime to yield the best results! We use professional grade chemicals in combination with high heat to get your carpet clean like never before! We will not move any heavy furniture, We will clean the areas we are able to reach while moving only the items under 25lbs. We request that you have your floors prepared by "picking-up" prior to our arrival (I.E. shoes off the floors, laundry baskets, side tables, chairs etc.) This way we are able to be most efficient with our time and keep our rates low. If you need any assistance with moving furniture or "picking up" please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly!
